Q: How are your employees screened?
Before hiring, every employee has a criminal background check, a state central registry check and drug screens (both pre-employment and ongoing random). In addition, we require a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Q: What is the ratio of teachers to children in the classroom?

Q: Do the kids get to play outdoors?
Depending on the weather, children play outside at least twice a day for a minimum of 20 minutes. We have three separate, age-appropriate playgrounds: one for toddlers, one for two year olds and one for three to 12-year-olds.
Q: What is your teacher turnover rate?
Most of our lead teachers and caregivers have been here between four and 20 years.
Q: What if I’m running late for pick-up?
To honor our teachers’ time, our late-pick-up policy charges you a flat fee of $35 starting at 6:00 p.m. with additional charges of $2 per minute per child after six.
Q: What is your payment policy?
Payments are due on Monday of each week. You can also pay bi-weekly or monthly as long as you pay ahead of schedule instead of behind.
Q: Are you open when it snows?
If the city declares a snow emergency, we will close.
